Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

All original tags must be attached

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@verodigitalsolution.com with clear photos and your order number.
If approved, we will offer:

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., color or style), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrect.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and proof of purchase must be provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
